President's Message

The Chamber's New Year Resolution for 2010 is VISION, LEADERSHIP, STRATEGY and PLANNING. I believe this is the foundation every business should operate within to be successful and the Chamber is no different.  With the Chinese Zodiac for 2010 being the YEAR OF THE TIGER--a year of change--businesses in Lac La Biche County have every opportunity to capitalize on the significant strengths and benefits within our Community.  The slow down in the economy only signifies greatness occurs in tough times and in unexpected circumstances.  

Our focus is to establish our Community as a thriving service centre supporting the Oil Sands industry.  We will be energizing the Community by promoting exceptional business growth through solid partnerships to secure our success well into the future.  This is a critical time for all new and existing businesses to be a part of the Chamber.  Share in the growth, utilize our strengths, partner with other businesses and organizations and be an integral part of the Community's success.
